Our early Valentines Day

Tim was scheduled to work for Valentines Day so he took me on a little one night getaway to the Little America in Salt Lake. We walked to the joseph Smith Building to eat out for dinner. Tim was wanting to go the 'the roof' restaurant becuase he wanted to go somewhere really nice for the occasion. We got there and found out is $37 a person so i told him no way! So we went across the hall and ate at the Garden restaurant. We decided to get some dessert to spoil ourselves since we chose the cheaper restaurant. When the waitress came at the end and asked us if we wanted some dessert we told her we would and so she said ok and walked away to what we thought was to get the dessert menu. She came back like five minutes later with our bill and asked us again if we wanted dessert saying she couldn't remember what we had said, so we told her yes again. But then she continued to set the bill on our table while me and Tim are looking at eachother kinda confused what she was doing. We decided our waitress was sorta an idiot so we just paid and decided to go elsewhere for dessert. We walked back to our hotel to the restaurants there to look for dessert and finally we got it! It was really nice to get away but it always is a bummer coming back!
