Easters

Saturday before Easter we were invited to color Easter eggs with Kenny, Marlyse, and William. Everyone made some really cool ones. Tim was taking a test and got done at 2 but had to be at work at 3 so we had to hurry which was a bummer! I'm no good at making cool eggs! next year i wanna have more time and try doing something better! It was still way fun though!




Our Easter turned out really fun. We woke up a little late for church and headed over and realized we were actually right on time cause it was stake conference. After sitting there for an hour Tim said he needed to go to the bathroom so he left. well probably 20 minutes later i started thinking 'what the heck is taking so long' so i looked at my phone and had a text from Tim that there was a line for the bathroom so he decided to just go home! He's such a cheater! He ended up taking half an hour cause i'm sure he was there eating and taking his time, and texting people telling them how sneaky his plan was.

I decided to try making ham for Easter dinner cause i had never done one before. We invited my family to come over for the dinner. It all turned out really good thank goodness. I made an easter egg hunt for everyone also. Tim was going around the house before people got there saying how many eggs he could see but then he ended up being the only one who couldn't find all his eggs and i had to show him where they were. That's what he gets! Thanks for hanging out with us everyone!

Little Kicks

My brother Ryan had a gig down here in provo with his band 'little kicks' My parents, Brianna and a two of her friends came down and we all went together. In front of the building there were some kids doing free drawings of you but they were hiding in a box. Brianna and her friend wanted one so the kid drew one of them and hands it to them and it's like this little kid drawing! It was so so funny and we couldn't stop laughing. I really hope the kid was doing it as a joke cause if not we probably hurt his feelings by laughing so hard. oh well the truth hurts sometimes, right?
Ryans band was fun to watch and i was glad i was able to go! Tim had a flag football game he was playing in at the same time so he couldn't come. On our way home i got a text from Tim's brother saying 'your husband is the man' and so when me and my family got to my house Tim was there pretty much jumping up and down about his awesome catch that won the game. Kenny his brother threw a long pass and tim dove in the endzone to catch it and won with like 30 seconds left or something. I hope i told it right! Anyways i was really proud of him!

Also, at work we had a bet for the NCAA tournament and i won It!! I was so excited cause i never have good luck with things like that. It ended being between me and my boss for the final game so that made it that much better! I got two movie tickets for winning. My boss Steve threw in a $30 off coupon for an EZ chair at office max, he thought he was pretty funny.

First BBQ of the year...with friends

On Thursay we had a little BBQ with some of our friends at our house. It was so much fun cause we have not gotten together with everyone in a long time. We all made some delicious food and had really good peach cobbler. The boys played a little bit of Wii but we mostly just talked and caught up on things. We finally have a baby in the group now so all us girls of course had to take turns holding baby Cade! Thanks everybody who came! Hopefully we can do it again soon.
